Simply by pressing down and rotating the bezel, a different time zone can be set. The hour hand, the integrated 24-hour display and the date will move forwards or backwards in one-hour steps. This also works across the dateline and without losing a single second in the process. The case of this all-black pilot’s watch is manufactured from Ceratanium. Developed by IWC over five years, this performance material combines the unique strengths of titanium and ceramic: It’s light and robust like titanium and, at the same time, similarly hard and scratch-resistant like ceramic.
